Sylva Dvorak, PhD - I am a transformational counselor, humanitarian, and author devoted to daily spiritual and physical practice. I am also a mind-body specialist who helps guide my clients in using specific processes and rituals to create new neural pathways. My family and I escaped from then-Czechoslovakia during the Soviet Union occupation, and while in refugee camps, I developed a passionate desire to help others find personal freedom.
